About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Benefits Coordinator - US to help scale and operationalise Nscale’s US benefits programs during a period of rapid growth and transformation. Reporting to the Senior Benefits Manager and sitting within the Total Reward team, this role owns the day-to-day delivery and administration of our US benefits offering across the employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, vendors, and external providers to ensure programs run smoothly, accurately, and compliantly. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building scalable processes, solving operational challenges, and bringing structure to complexity. Your work will directly shape the employee benefits experience for a growing US workforce while helping Nscale build the operational foundations needed to support continued growth. What you'll be doing Benefits Operations & Administration Own the day-to-day administration of all US benefits programs.
