What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in group insurance or employee benefits, including consulting, underwriting, or complex client service within insured and self-funded environments., Valid LLQP license

Nice to Have

CEBS designation completed or in progress

What You'll Do.

Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients

providing strategic guidance on the design

and optimization of group benefits programs

and flexible benefits plans.

Lead the annual renewal process end-to-end

including experience analysis

and the presentation of clear

actionable recommendations.

and demographic data to identify trends

assess financial impact

and support plan design and flex pricing decisions.

Design and evaluate benefit plan structures that align with client objectives

and risk management considerations.

Manage RFPs and carrier evaluations

including preparation of market specifications

analysis of proposals

and coordination of carrier transitions.

Prepare and deliver concise

executive-level reports and presentations that translate complex analysis into decision-ready insights.

Ensure compliance with legislative and contractual requirements through review of plan documents

and employee communications.

Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives

and quality while collaborating with internal teams

Act as a subject-matter expert on group benefits trends
