What They're Looking For.

Must Have

BSA in a related discipline, 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and 3-5 years of experience in a related field, Certification is required in some areas

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4–6 years of experience in benefits administration, analytics, or HR-related analytical roles, knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs, including defined contribution plans, Experience with HRIS, benefits platforms, vendor reporting, and advanced data visualization tools, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and confidentiality

Monitor cost and utilization trends

Ensure regulatory compliance

Support benefits reporting

Support plan governance

Support strategic decision-making

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partners with the Benefits Manager; Partners with cross-functional teams; Serves as a subject matter resource to HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders
