Partners with the Benefits Manager and cross-functional teams to oversee plan operations, manage vendor relationships, monitor cost and utilization trends, and ensure regulatory compliance. Supports benefits reporting, plan governance, and strategic decision-making to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives. **Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities** * Supports the administration and ongoing management of the Company’s health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs, including plan operations, eligibility, payroll integration, and data reconciliation. * Serves as a subject matter resource to HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders on benefits data, reporting, plan performance, and vendor operations. * Collects, validates, and analyzes benefits data from HRIS, benefits platforms, payroll systems, and vendors to identify trends in utilization, enrollment, costs, and plan performance. * Performs financial, utilization, and participation analyses to support medical, disability, and retirement programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and enrollment modeling. * Oversees benefits and retirement vendor performance by monitoring service levels, reviewing reporting outputs, and addressing operational issues. * Supports retirement plan governance and compliance, including committee materials, ERISA reporting, audits, nondiscrimination testing coordination, and documentation reviews. * De
