Full Job Description

## Accountabilities You will manage a portfolio of strategic Beauty & Personal Care accounts and distributors, driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term partnership value. You will identify new business opportunities, develop tailored commercial solutions, and lead pricing and contract negotiations while ensuring alignment with customer needs. The role requires close tracking of forecasts, pipeline accuracy, and overall account performance to support strong business planning and decision-making. You will collaborate extensively with R&D, technical, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions. You will also contribute to cross-functional initiatives, represent sales in internal and external forums, and support segment-level strategy development. Manage and grow strategic global and regional accounts within Beauty & Personal Care Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling and opportunity identification Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing Translate customer needs into actionable commercial and technical solutions Support strategic planning, business reviews, and segment-level initiatives Represent the sales function in key internal and external stakeholder engagements Requirements: You bring extensive experience in Beauty & Personal Care account management, with a strong track record of managing complex, high-value customer portfolios in global or multinational environments. You are highly skilled in commercial negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic sales execution, with the ability to translate customer needs into impactful business outcomes. Your background includes strong analytical and forecasting capabilities, supported by a deep understanding of commercial performance drivers
