Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or related field, 10+ years of experience in the Beauty & Personal Care market segment, Proven strategic account management experience, Commercial skills, Negotiation skills, Stakeholder management skills, Native and professional English, Travel up to 50% in LAM, Based in Brazil
Nice to Have
Experience managing global and multinational accounts, Familiarity with CRM tools, Familiarity with forecasting systems, Familiarity with commercial analytics, MBA or advanced professional certification, Spanish language capability

# **Job Title:** # Senior Beauty & Personal Care Sales Account Manager # **Summary:** The Senior Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding strategic accounts. This role leads account strategies, influences commercial decisions, and actively contributes to business planning. The position is accountable for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering value through strong relationship management, solid technical understanding, and effective cross-functional collaboration. The role manages a defined portfolio of commercial accounts and distributors.
