What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the banking or financial services industry., track record of delivering technology implementation and transformation projects at scale., Solid understanding of banking operations, regulatory environments, and technology landscapes., Demonstrated experience managing budgets, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams., Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid)., Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)., Experience with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)., Exposure to digital banking, cloud migration, or enterprise system modernization., analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abilities.

from initiation through delivery and postimplementation support.
