This individual manages complex credit and deposit relationships for high-net-worth individuals, family offices , and non-profit organizations. The role emphasizes both strategic growth and exceptional client service, coordinating with internal partners across the Bank to deliver a comprehensive suite of financial solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Proactively develops new client relationships and identifies prospects, creating tailored marketing strategies for targeted outreach. * Manages sophisticated credit, deposit, and treasury management relationships for high-net-worth, , family offices, closely held business and non-profit organizations. * Identifies and facilitates opportunities across investment, fiduciary, and wealth management solutions beyond banking services. * Structures and negotiates complex loan and lease agreements in alignment with bank policies and risk frameworks. * Analyzes and negotiates key loan terms, including pricing conditions, interest rates, and interest rate swaps, ensuring compliance with Credit Policy Committee guidelines. * Oversees the preparation and execution of loan documentation and ensures accuracy and completeness of financing agreements. * Acts as a trusted advisor to clients on goals-based wealth management strategies. * Dev
