Must Have
8+ years of engineering experience, at least 5 years in DevEx, DevOps or infrastructure with a developer productivity focus, CI/CD pipeline experience, Hands-on experience with AI-assisted developer tooling, Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, managing containerized environments, cloud infrastructure via Terraform, Familiarity with SAST/SCA security scanning, understanding of observability tools, Proficiency in Python, Go, Ruby for building internal tooling, Awareness of DORA metrics, developer experience frameworks, pragmatic build-vs-buy mindset, Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
experience with Ruby on Rails
