What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in backend development, expertise in Go, understanding of distributed systems, understanding of gRPC, understanding of microservices architecture, understanding of RESTful APIs, Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Solid understanding of database design, Solid understanding of query optimization, Solid understanding of administration for relational databases, Knowledge of scalability strategies, Knowledge of microservices architecture, Knowledge of load balancing, Knowledge of caching, Knowledge of event-driven architectures, Knowledge of Kafka, experience with CI/CD pipelines, experience with automated testing, Excellent problem-solving skills, collaboration and communication skills
