Must Have
8+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, Security-First Mindset, Deep understanding of common security pitfalls (e.g., reentrancy, oracle manipulation, or logic flaws), Experience with AI technologies, such as Claude Code, Cursor, Experience building AI tools like Claude Skills, headless agents, context improvements (RAG), bots, MCPs, etc., Extensive experience with Node.js, Experience in an Agile environment, Experience in a CI/CD environment, Experience in a Kubernetes environment
Nice to Have
Blockchain/Digital Assets Space Experience, Experience with Digital Asset Yield infrastructure, C++ Experience, Frontend experience, Experience regarding secure web practices

Architecting and integrating Digital Asset Yield protocols
Designing and implementing scalable backend systems hardened against complex attack vectors
Deep-diving into new blockchain technologies
and liquidity protocols
Identifying potential vulnerabilities or risks before integration
Ensuring seamless interactions with Digital Asset Yield products without compromising asset security
Championing secure coding practices within the team
Participating in rigorous code reviews
Participating in threat modeling for all financial logic
