It is leveraging a unique game portfolio to engage users in a fun and rewarding way.   ROLE We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Engineer (Python) who will play a key role in the development of Blitz, our real-money gaming platform. - Design and implement services that plug and play with the existing microservice ecosystem - Contribute to choice of the technology stack and observe best practices for reliability and availability - Explore and solve open-ended problems that span across the back-end and infrastructure   PROFILE - Excellent back-end programming skills with 6+ years of experience - A good understanding of the basics of algorithms and databases - Write readable, maintainable, and testable code - Experience with any cloud infrastructure provider (AWS, GCP, etc.) - The willingness to learn and evolve - Nice to have : - Experience writing production-grade systems in Python - Experience with microservice architecture and highly distributed systems - Experience with Payment Services Providers - Knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks associated (Bootstrap, JQuery, Vue.js http://vue.js/, …) - Knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform   OUR STACK - Programming Languages: Python, bash - Databases: AWS DynamoDB, MongoDB, AWS Timestream, Redis, PostgreSQL - AWS Cloud Services: S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, EKS - CI/CD: Kubernetes, Docker, argocd - Monitoring and Alertin
