## Description We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, reliable, and cloud-native software systems. While this role is primarily focused on backend engineering, we are seeking engineers who are comfortable contributing across the stack when needed and are excited to leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery and innovation. You will play a key role in designing and developing backend services that power mission-critical applications while collaborating closely with frontend, product, QA, and platform engineering teams. We value engineers who can adapt quickly, learn continuously, and use modern AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and software quality. ## What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Build and evolve RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems that support business-critical workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers, to deliver seamless end-to-end product experiences. Leverage AI-assisted development tools and practices to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and code reviews while maintaining high standards of quality and security. Drive observability, reliability, automation, and operational excellence across services, including monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and engineering best-practice initiatives. Support production systems through on-call participation, incident management, and continuous service improvements.
