What you'll do We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to lead backend initiatives within the ClarOps team. ClarOps is the team that makes Clara run. We build and operate the internal systems and services that power the day-to-day of the business. A big part of the road ahead is building the integration platform that lets the rest of the Clara ecosystem plug into this backend, including the new wave of tools other teams are building on top of AI. The roadmap is one of the most interesting at the company: re-architecting how Clara runs around AI, with deep cross-functional reach and real leverage on how we scale. This role goes beyond coding: you'll shape technical direction, raise the engineering bar across the team, and own the performance and scalability of the systems that directly support Clara's operational efficiency.
