Full Job Description

**$5000 - $6000 per month │Full Time │Core working hours 7 AM-3 PM EST** Hey there! I’m Lindsay, Human Resources (HR) Manager at [Interpersonal Frequency](https://www.ifsight.com/). We’re a passionate team dedicated to building top-notch digital experiences that make a real impact. Since 2009, our mission has been to create powerful, user-friendly websites for government agencies, non-profits, and public organizations. We believe that great technology should be accessible to everyone, and we take pride in delivering innovative solutions that help communities thrive. At I.F., we’re all about authenticity, collaboration, and accountability. We love what we do, and we’re looking for like-minded folks to join us. If you’re someone who values integrity, takes ownership of your work, and enjoys working with a supportive team, you’ll fit right in! We’re looking for a **Senior Backend Drupal Developer** to join our Delivery team. As a Senior Backend Engineer at I.F., you own the backend architecture and technical integrity of every project your pod delivers - building, configuring, and maintaining Drupal modules, system integrations, and backend infrastructure that meet both project requirements and long-term performance and security standards. Where a mid-level developer executes assigned work, a senior developer is accountable for the quality and coherence of the full backend layer: your output holds up through code review without generating rework, your pod lead and teammates can rely on your delivery, and risks or blockers are surfaced early - not after a client notices. You collaborate closely with frontend developers and your pod lead to ensure backend decisions serve the full stack, contribute substantively to the code review process in both directions, and support site migrations, data integrations, and on-call coverage as part of the shared commitments that keep the business running. The difference you make is simple: the pod's technical foundation is solid, sprint
