Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, LIMS, or any FDA-regulated software environment, Direct experience with Confluent, Redox, or EHR integration work, Familiarity with requirements management tools like Jama, Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.)
