Must Have
5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer / Software Engineer, proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, Mandatory experience with Camunda (process orchestration), Hands-on experience with REST APIs (design & integration), Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, OpenShift), knowledge of relational databases (Oracle / SQL), Experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions), Solid understanding of microservices architecture, Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
Nice to Have
Familiarity with AWS and DevOps practices

Develop and maintain a high-performance backend application
Design and implement scalable and robust technical solutions
Build and enhance backend modules within a microservices architecture
Develop and execute test cases to ensure code quality
