What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of professional experience building, deploying, and maintaining high-performance backend applications or APIs in Rust, Deep familiarity with Rust best practices, including asynchronous programming (e.g., Tokio ecosystem), advanced trait design, and safe concurrency, Competency in Python, with the ability to read, profile, and reverse-engineer existing complex codebases seamlessly, A proven track record of designing scalable, resilient distributed systems and low-latency RESTful or gRPC APIs, Practical experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and deploying high-availability services in cloud environments (such as AWS or GCP)
