What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent major Bachelor's degree or higher, 3+ years of experience in basic algorithms, system design, and large-scale distributed systems, 3+ years of coding experience in Java or similar languages, Experience designing and building large-scale real-time systems (especially ad/recommendation/search systems), Ability to achieve ambitious goals by creating vision and influencing other work areas, Excellent ability to deliver software products with appropriate trade-offs in a rapidly changing environment, Strong ownership, fast and proactive work style, drive, High willingness to learn and grow, eager to learn new domains and technologies quickly, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Experience collaborating closely with global distributed teams
