What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years of total marketing experience, at least 5+ years within B2B Professional Services environments, Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, proficiency in HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience, Hands-on experience with Claude (AI tool) or similar AI platforms, Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Exceptional written English with clear, precise, and engaging communication, editorial judgment and high quality standards, eye for design and visually compelling content, Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach, Systems thinker who builds scalable processes and workflows, Comfortable working independently across time zones with minimal supervision, stakeholder management skills and ability to extract input from busy teams
Nice to Have
Experience marketing for professional services firms in the built environment sector (architecture, engineering, project management, corporate real estate) is strongly preferred., Experience working with technical or professional services businesses highly regarded

Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business development goals
Identify new channels
and tactics to grow brand awareness and lead generation
Stay ahead of AI marketing tools and bring new capabilities to the team proactively
Build the marketing function to be a genuine competitive advantage
and evolve brand voice

Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand guide
Act as the brand guardian
Run structured weekly sessions with leadership to extract strategic thinking and content ideas
Convert unstructured ideas
and expertise into polished marketing briefs
and voice content from the ELT as raw material
Build a content capture system
Use AI tools to draft
and personalize content at scale
Develop a prompt library and content templates
Repurpose core content across LinkedIn
and thought leadership
Review and edit all AI-generated content before publication
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across LinkedIn
and content marketing
Manage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify target audiences and support BD outreach

case studies and client-facing collateral
Use AI to generate draft content for Sales Managers to review and send to clients
and continuously optimise based on data
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Run structured weekly sessions with the MD, Chief Revenue Officer and Directors to extract strategic thinking and content ideas; Convert unstructured ideas, conversations, and expertise into polished marketing briefs; Use Loom recordings, meeting notes, and voice content from the ELT as raw material; Build a content capture system that makes it easy for busy executives to contribute without friction; Use AI to generate draft content for Sales Managers to review and send to clients to progress deals
