Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Professional Engineer (PE) license in Maryland (or ability to obtain within 6 months), 10+ years of experience, 3+ years in a Project Manager role, background delivering aviation infrastructure projects, particularly runways, taxiways, aprons, or terminals, Expertise in project financial management, contract administration, risk mitigation, Proven leadership, client engagement, team development capabilities, Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience working with FAA standards, airport/aviation regulatory agencies
