Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Professional Engineer (PE) license in Maryland (or ability to obtain within 6 months), 10+ years of experience, 3+ years in a Project Manager role, background delivering aviation infrastructure projects, particularly runways, taxiways, aprons, or terminals, Expertise in project financial management, Expertise in contract administration, Expertise in risk mitigation, Proven leadership capabilities, Proven client engagement capabilities, Proven team development capabilities, Excellent communication skills, Excellent presentation skills, Excellent stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience working with FAA standards, Experience working with airport/aviation regulatory agencies
