What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in Automation Test Engineering, Proven expertise in Selenium WebDriver and a programming language such as Java, Background in BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or CodeceptJS, Exposure to mobile test automation using frameworks like Appium, Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and test management tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence, TestRail), Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (e. g. , Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), problem-solving and debugging skills for diagnosing test failures and enhancing test coverage, Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
Nice to Have
Experience with performance and accessibility testing tools and methodologies (e. g. , JMeter, Locust), Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured, German language skills
