What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Science or Engineering and 5 or more years of relevant experience, Associate’s degree in science-related area and 8 or more years of relevant experience, High school diploma or GED and 10 or more years of relevant experience, Robust background in control system automation, including design, installation, programming, and validation of automated processes, Proven track record of completing projects successfully using engineering and project management expertise, Experience supporting or defining automation standards, governance, and change management in a global manufacturing environment, Demonstrated proficiency in OT system architecture and industrial data infrastructure, Prior experience with computer software validation, Experience applying GAMP5 risk-based methodologies for validated process automation system changes, Participation in regulatory inspections or audit support, Offer technical support to manufacturing sites as needed, focusing on process control, automation systems, and data infrastructure
Nice to Have
Certification in AVEVA PI System administration or development, Knowledge of additional OT or IT systems used in industrial environments (e.g., SCADA, DCS, MES), Understanding of cybersecurity principles in OT environments, Familiarity with single-use technologies and systems
What You'll Do.
Oversee the comprehensive deployment of the AVEVA PI system
and sustain the PI system framework
Lead the continuous development of the AVEVA PI ecosystem
Define and implement integration strategies between AVEVA PI and process control systems
Support governance and lifecycle management of automation platforms
Participate in defining and improving global software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
Ensure seamless OT infrastructure integration
Implement and uphold data governance and management standards
and analytics tools using AVEVA PI
Participate in the design and implementation of process control strategies
Provide technical guidance and support to global teams
Develop and improve technical documentation
Author and execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Lead or support technical root cause analyses

Manage CAPAs and change controls
Serve as a key member of the New Product Introduction (NPI) team
Provide technical oversight or support for projects involving third-party system integrators or vendors
Stay informed on advancements in AVEVA PI
