What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or equivalent, 4+ years of PLC programming or automation engineering experience, 4+ years of process or production environment related PLC-controlled automation and issue diagnosis experience, 4+ years of robotics work cells and control systems experience, 4+ years of Siemens, Allen-Bradley or Codesys Ladder Logic and structure programming experience, 4+ years of electrical theory, robotics, controls components, and automated equipment experience
Nice to Have
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team, Experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying Motor Controls, Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, Experience interpreting and modifying mechanical and electrical drawings, 3+ years of SCADA systems and KPI's experience, Associate's degree, Experience programming with RSLogix5000, Studio 5000, FT View, and other controls software platforms

Investigate root cause of engineering issues
Plan actions to eliminate/mitigate downtime
Collaborate with building Operations
Collaborate with Operations Engineering teams
Collaborate with FC Start-up Team
Collaborate with AFT Software teams
Collaborate with ACES team
Collaborate with Safety
Support MHE systems optimization
Support project implementation
Understand material handling control systems
Maintain material handling control systems
Troubleshoot material handling control systems
Address system performance issues
Provide analysis across all operations
Provide escalation support to automation engineers
Troubleshoot locally and remotely
Ensure hardware or controls software is repaired on
