Experience in a mid-to-large US public accounting firm, Exposure to tax advisory and planning work, Experience working with offshore or distributed teams, Interest or experience in AI tools and automation in tax/accounting workflows, Experience using Liscio, Gruntworx, Karbon, or similar platforms, Support audit or accounting work during off-peak tax seasons
