What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10–12 years of progressive experience across finance, operations, and internal audit within large, complex global industrial, Knowledge of SOX/Italian L. Decree 262/2005 and IFRS, analytical mindset with proven experience in Data Analytics, Data Mining, and ERP environments (preferably SAP), Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT general controls, and technology risk, High degree of adaptability and flexibility, verbal communication and writing skills, effective negotiation and relationship skills, Fluent in Italian and English
Nice to Have
Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, or other relevant credentials

Oversight and delivery of annual risk-based internal audit plan
Develop continuous auditing approach
Identify emerging risks and root causes
Provide recommendations to business functions
and ensure timely execution of audit plans
Assess effectiveness of control framework
Identify measurable issues and risks
Deliver actionable recommendations
Advise on upcoming changes in laws
Promote development of predictive models
Deliver special projects
Adapt audit approach and programs
Ensure compliance with IIA framework
