12yrs of experience within Audit, Financial Crime Compliance, Sanctions, 3-5yrs of experience in People Management, College or University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or Law/ Legal Management, Adept auditing and/or systems experience in a financial institution, or similar public accounting experience in the financial services industry
