Nice to Have
ITSM ITIL v3 or v4 certification is strongly preferred., Business Analysis: Ability to capture business needs and translate them into practical configurations is a plus

**Senior Atlassian Systems Administrator** We are seeking a knowledgeable and technically grounded Atlassian Administrator to contribute to the ownership of our Atlassian environment, including Jira and Confluence. This role requires a strong understanding of Atlassian tools from a user and functional perspective, along with the ability to support, maintain, and evolve the platform in alignment with business needs and ITSM best practices. The ideal candidate will bring a foundational technical skillset, solid scripting capabilities, and experience supporting service delivery processes.
