Our professionals accompany clients throughout their transformation journeys, including aligning operating models with business strategy, upskilling talent and human resources, improving employee engagement, and managing change. As a Senior Associate, Workforce Transformation, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end transformation projects, leveraging your expertise and understanding of management concepts. **The Opportunity:** As a Senior Associate, Workforce Transformation, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that’ll elevate your career.
