Als Senior Associate Workforce Design werk je aan projecten waarin je de vertaling maakt van organisatiedoelen naar een werkbaar ontwerp voor mensen en werk. **Dit ga je doen** Je maakt deel uit van het Workforce Transformation Team: een **inclusief, multidisciplinair team** dat werkt aan uitdagende en betekenisvolle klantopdrachten op het snijvlak van organisatie, werk en beloning. Je werkt samen met collega’s die hun expertise actief delen en elkaar scherp houden. We maken gebruik van de **nieuwste technologieën, waaronder AI‑tools** , en combineren inhoudelijke diepgang met een pragmatische aanpak. Als Senior Associate Workforce Transformation werk je aan de kern van workforce design. Je vertaalt strategische en people‑gerelateerde vraagstukken naar concrete ontwerpen voor functies, rollen en beloningsstructuren. Je werkt in een verandercontext en neemt expliciet mee hoe technologische ontwikkelingen, zoals automatisering en generatieve AI, de inhoud van werk en benodigde vaardigheden beïnvloeden.
