DEINE AUFGABEN Als Senior Associate Venture Development bist du eine treibende Kraft hinter unseren wichtigsten Skalierungs-Initiativen. Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Director Venture Development zusammen und übernimmst Ownership für bereichsübergreifende Projekte – von strategischen Initiativen bis hin zur operativen Umsetzung (z. B. CRM-Transformation, Automatisierung von Customer Success & Operations). Dabei baust du die Brücke zwischen Business Strategy, Tech und Daily Operations und sorgst dafür, dass Metrify schnell und strukturiert wächst. - End-to-End Ownership Du verantwortest komplexe, bereichsübergreifende Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Du denkst strategisch, arbeitest operativ und stellst sicher, dass Themen zuverlässig ins Ziel kommen. - Projektsteuerung & Execution Du steuerst mehrere Workstreams parallel, setzt klare Prioritäten und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte „in time & quality“ umgesetzt werden. - Cross-functional Collaboration Du arbeitest eng mit Stakeholdern aus Tech, Legal, Operations und Management zusammen, schaffst Alignment zwischen Teams und bringst unterschiedliche Interessen pragmatisch zusammen. - Prozessoptimierung & Autom
