This role is focused on supporting business travel within Ukraine while also helping ensure the local office runs smoothly day to day. You will coordinate travel logistics, manage related documentation and expense tracking, and support visitors and office operations with a hands-on, on-site presence. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, responsible and comfortable managing logistics, payments, documentation, and in-person coordination. What You’ll Do Travel Management & Logistics Coordinate and book business trips within Ukraine, including transportation and accommodation. Support travel-related payments, expense tracking, and documentation in line with company processes. Prepare and maintain the administrative and financial records needed for reporting. Office Presence & Visitor Experience Welcome visitors and newcomers to the Uzhgorod office and help ensure a positive experience. Provide practical support to visitors, including workspace setup, local guidance, and coordination help. Manage incoming and outgoing office deliveries and shipments.
