UTA seeks a Senior Associate to join our team as part of our Consultancy function that advises the world’s most important and influential brands and businesses in media and marketing today. In the exciting new role as Senior Associate you will lead market research, situation analysis through quantitative and qualitative means and contribute your perspective on how our clients learn, grow and transform in their respective sectors of media, entertainment, marketing and technology. As a Senior Associate at UTA Advisory, you will apply analytical thinking and experience-based judgment to complex challenges by focusing on the critical issues, opportunities and constraints that impact business performance. Senior Associates are most often staffed across multiple clients or engagements, supporting teams actively as they advise clients, develop strategic insights and implement key recommendations. This role is an ideal career accelerator with significant growth potential for an individual that is passionate about the future of media and marketing, someone who loves solving business challenges and wants to build an impressive network. A successful Senior Associate will have a bias for action, comfort with hypothesis-driven problem solving, and be energized by the variety of assignments and inter-connectivity of the industry. The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
