What You'll Do.
Prepare Financial Due Diligence reports
Contribute to Financial Due Diligence reports
Analyse historical financial performance
Identify key business trends
Identify key business drivers
Perform Quality of Earnings analysis
Identify non-recurring items
Assess sustainable earnings
Review Net Working Capital trends
Establish working capital benchmarks
Establish transaction pegs
Identify debt-like items
Assess management forecasts
Identify potential risks
Identify potential opportunities
Identify key assumptions
Participate in client meetings
Participate in management interviews
Participate in conference calls
Support execution of buy-side due diligence
Support execution of sell-side due diligence
Build client relationships
Maintain client relationships
