Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, Minimum 4 years of applicable experience with financial, analytical, and reporting skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook), CoStar, Ability to master proprietary database programs, Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities, Verbal and written communication ability to present clearly to executive audiences, Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a diverse, global team, Demonstrates poise, professionalism, and sound judgment in client-facing settings, Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
Nice to Have
Real estate brokerage or salesperson’s license, Understanding of commercial real estate, lease terminology, and basic building systems knowledge, Experience with or aptitude for Power BI or similar data visualization tools
What You'll Do.
Prepare and track data within client reports
Manage Transaction Management Project Tracking tool
and reconcile transaction status
Support Global TM Lead on reporting
Collaborate with client and JLL finance teams
Prepare commission and client invoices
Oversee annual Mark to Market updates
Update and manage CBAs and process documents
Co-lead small transactions
and landlord challenges
Support global meetings and training initiatives
Contribute to process
and governance improvement
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Proactively partner with JLL functional teams; Participate in cross-functional meetings; Collaborate with client and JLL finance teams; Work collaboratively across a diverse, global team

Verbal and written communication ability to present clearly to executive audiences; Foster professional communication with client contacts; Proactively relay findings, recommendations, and market insights
