Must Have
5+ years of experience in Training Operations / L&D Operations / Training Management, A bachelor’s degree in business administration - Human Resources, Operations, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline is required., hold on Training Operations planning, management & reporting., Rich hands-on experience in Data management and Reporting using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Lookups, Charts, Data Analysis), Good Exposure MS Office Suite of Products (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Excellent in coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills., Willingness and ability to work 12 PM – 9 PM IST (mandatory).
Nice to Have
Excel Macro Automation., Exposure to large-scale or enterprise training programs / COE models, Knowledge of Data quality & Metrics, Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Knowledge on Instruction Design (preferred, not mandatory), Agile / Kanban certification (preferred, not mandatory)
