You are a top performer in your current role. You are a great communicator who is comfortable taking on complex projects while working independently. You bring an analytical mind to constantly improve the efficiency and efficacy of your projects. You think creatively to build and improve upon processes and think your way through obstacles and challenges in order to come up with solutions.
