Must Have
CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification, Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting, 3–4 years of experience in technical accounting, 3–4 years of experience in financial reporting, 3–4 years of experience in audit, 3–4 years of experience in advisory, Experience in professional services environment, Interest in interpreting accounting standards, Demonstrated capability in interpreting accounting standards, Ability to deliver high-quality outputs, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience in external audit, Experience with public sector clients, Experience with for-purpose clients, Experience with major infrastructure clients

Prepare technical accounting advice
Apply Australian Accounting Standards
Apply complex accounting standards
Support clients through transactions
Support clients through reforms
Contribute to technical capability development
Develop accounting position papers
Develop accounting models
Develop technical assessments
Develop financial reporting assessments
Support clients in financial statement preparation
Support clients in impact assessments
Support clients in implementation roadmaps
Support clients in assessing climate reporting
Support clients in interpreting climate reporting
Support clients in applying climate reporting
Identify climate reporting data needs
Prepare climate reporting disclosures
Advise on climate reporting transitional arrangements
Develop climate reporting governance frameworks
Develop climate reporting reporting frameworks
Support finance optimisation engagements
Assist in preparation of accounting structuring advice
Provide due diligence support
Perform balance sheet optimisation analysis
Assist in financial reporting
Assist in technical accounting engagements
Ensure high-quality outputs
Ensure timely delivery

Coordinate with integrated teams
