What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics, 3 years in FP&A, corporate finance or consulting, Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI), comfortable applying AI tools and handling large datasets independently, Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), experienced building P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and unit-economics models, Curious about how the business works and focused on identifying levers to improve unit economics across markets, Energized by building scalable processes, willing to challenge the status quo, work with Operations and Finance, and present concise findings to senior management
Nice to Have
preferably in tech, e‑commerce or platform businesses
What You'll Do.
Co‑own and maintain segment‑level P&L and unit‑economics models for Deliveries (GMV
Improve forecasting frameworks for main P&L lines and for working capital
Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to measure impacts of strategic plans
and new business bets
and prepare monthly performance and quarterly performance packs and build dashboards
Support budget planning for the Deliveries segment
translating business targets into Net Income and Adjusted Free Cash Flow forecasts
