**Job Title: Senior Associate – Software Development (Java Full Stack)** **Role Overview** We are seeking a highly motivated **Senior Associate** with strong expertise in **Java, Oracle Database, and React JS** to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, agile environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using **Java, Oracle (PL/SQL), and React JS** * Collaborate with Business Analysts and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions * Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and implementation of software components * Participate in **code reviews** and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices * Contribute to **Agile development processes** including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives * Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions by analyzing logs and application behavior * Maintain version control using **Git** and ensure proper branching strategies * Work with cloud-based deployments and development environments on **AWS** **Required Skills & Experience** * **3 to 5 years** of experience in software development * Strong programming experience in **Java / J2EE** * Hands-on experience with **Oracle database (SQL, PL/SQL)** * Front-end development experience using **React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS** * Experience with **Git-based source control systems** * Exposure to **AWS (development/deployment level)** * Good understanding of **Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)** and Agile methodologies **Core Competencies** * Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills** * Ability to work in a **collaborative team environment** * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment **Good to Have** * Experience working in **Financial Services domai
