What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4-6 years of professional experience in mobile application development, expertise in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript, Familiarity with React Native navigation, state management (Redux / Context API), and Hooks, Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating them into mobile applications, understanding of mobile development lifecycle, app store submission processes, and CI/CD workflows, Proficient with debugging, testing (unit, integration), and performance tuning of mobile apps, Experience with common front-end development libraries such as Node, Webpack etc., Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements, A knack for benchmarking and optimization, Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
Nice to Have
Relevant certification related to mobile application preferred, iOS skills are a plus

Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Implement native modules and bridge code when required
Work on performance enhancements

Participate in code reviews
