Must Have
BAS with 3 to 5 years biotherapeutics testing GMP, Master's Degree with 4 to 6 years biotherapeutics testing GMP, documentation skills and attention to detail, Experience with method validation, Ability to extract relevant information from scientific literature, Proficiency in recording observations, facts, data, and conclusions, Solid understanding of fundamental analytical chemistry, Experience using spectroscopic and chromatographic techniques, Experience in GMP laboratory operations and logistics, Effective interaction with peers and leaders, verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
Understanding of various scientific software, Good Laboratory Practices knowledge, Good Manufacturing Practices knowledge, Problem-solving skills, ability to make decisions based on limited options, Initiative and proactive approach to tasks, Experience using common AI tools, understanding of responsible AI practices
What You'll Do.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses
Perform analytical method lifecycle activities
Maintain written records of experimental work
Assist in maintenance and renewal of laboratory instruments
Improve safe and effective working practices
Attend project team and brainstorming meetings
Apply technical skills to assignments
Work under moderate supervision
Identify activities to support work group goals
