Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field., At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a salesforce business analyst or functional role., Must have at least 2 salesforce certifications.
Nice to Have
Good understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities is a plus., Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator) are a plus., Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e. g. , JIRA, Trello).
