What You'll Do.
deliver and facilitate various Credit College programs: week-long learning experiences for Capital One associates
Partner with instructional designers
business partners and SMEs to develop new curriculum and build trainings for associates
Partner with business leaders
lead the nomination and selection processes for the programs
Partner with business partners on continuous improvement of the curriculum
Engage with leaders across the company to ensure a consistently positive experience for program’s associates
Partner with other program managers in Credit College and across L&D to ensure the program incorporates learning best practices
Hold a high bar for excellence in learning programs and own the end-to-end processes of program execution
looking to incorporate iterative improvements
How You'll Work.

partner closely with the team lead, instructional designers and consultants, credit and risk leaders and other stakeholders; Partner with instructional designers, consultants, business partners and SMEs; Partner with business leaders; Partner with business partners; Engage with leaders across the company; Partner with other program managers in Credit College and across L&D; Has a consultative skill set that allows them to partner effectively with a wide range of senior leaders and subject matter experts; Builds trust-based relationships with clients to foster credibility throughout the team

Communicates with a variety of audiences with a dynamic and conversational style in both written and verbal channels; driving communications with participants and presenters
