Must Have
6+ years of production management, project management, or traffic coordination experience in a creative agency or digital production studio environment, Hands-on experience managing digital and print deliverables from intake through final delivery, Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for job tracking, resourcing, reporting, or production workflow management, Experience leading daily stand-ups or production check-ins with the print and digital production team, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent jobs, deadlines, file requirements, and stakeholder updates with accurate delivery outcomes
Nice to Have
Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done, Working knowledge of HTML fundamentals and code version control basics used in digital production workflows, Exposure to print production workflows, file preparation, or integrated studio operations across print and digital channels, Experience identifying or implementing workflow improvements, automation, or AI-enabled production tools, Portuguese language skills or experience collaborating with Brazil or LATAM-based teams
