Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related, 2+ years’ experience in Accounting, Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Experience focused on alternative investments funds, Private Equity/Real Assets experience, Experience preparing and reviewing general ledgers, work papers and financial statements, Deadline-oriented with a attention to detail, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills
Nice to Have
Master’s Degree, CPA/CFA designation, Knowledge on investment partnerships
What You'll Do.
Support the delivery of high-quality fund accounting services
Prepare detailed work papers
Ensure accuracy across financial reporting and investment activity
Prepare work paper files for accuracy and completeness
including capital activity
income and expense accruals and investment activity
Update distribution waterfall (carried interest) models
Prepare management fee calculations and supporting schedules
Review all transaction documentation and supporting files
and understand the features of the investment transactions
Perform bank reconciliations and process journal entries
Support year-end audit process

Collaborate closely with clients, auditors, and internal teams to meet deadlines; Contribute to audits; Actively interact with clients and counter-parties including legal counsels, auditors and tax advisors to meet key deadlines
