What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Has worked through phases of the ‘Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)’, gathering and analysing business requirements, functionals/ technical specifications, designing, developing, testing, deploying the application, providing technical support, Knowledge of and experience working with complex data sets and database technology, Proven experience as a Power App/ Power Platform Developer, knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, etc), Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, Power FX, Experience in understanding client problems and designing relevant, applicable and sustainable technology solutions to meet requirements, communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to accurately prepare and review reports on technical subject matter, Government Clearance Required
Nice to Have
Microsoft Power Platform certifications, Other data and analytics experience, having worked with tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau or other relevant technology, and using these tools to support the successful delivery of projects, Knowledge of applicable technology in the fintech market, Knowledge of systems in the Financial services sector would be beneficial but not essential, Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
