Must Have
At least 4 years of relevant working experience in Talent Acquisition, Has worked as a business partner before for any functional unit, Understanding of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment best practices, Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights, Knowledge of HR policies, workflows, and compliance requirements, Self driven and eager to take up new challenges, Excellent communication in Mandarin and English with solid organizational skills
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles based in Hong Kong or other markets
Collaborate with People team members and functional stakeholders to develop effective strategies for building a talent pipeline for critical positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
create job descriptions
participate in the selection process
Facilitate first-day arrangement and onboarding for new hires
Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to track progress and insights
Coordinate and participate in career events
Support People contact for assigned departments
providing guidance and support on people-related matters
Partner with senior stakeholders to facilitate people frameworks including but not limited to talent management
performance management cycle
organisational development
Contribute to people-related projects
including data analysis
and process improvement initiatives
Assist in the formation
and review of People policies
and practices across markets
Support in handling ad-hoc assignments and HR projects as required
