Must Have
4-Year Accounting or Finance degree, 1-3 years of accounting experience, detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working in a deadline-driven, team-based environment, Analytical skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Extensive Excel experience
Nice to Have
Experience with the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, other data filtering/sorting and analysis tools, Experience using general ledger software
What You'll Do.
Record journal entries
Maintain backup and support
Review community P&L’s/Trend reports
Prepare ad hoc journal entries
Complete trend analysis
Prepare explanations for variances
Variance Report reviews/completion
Daily review of community APIM queue
Quarterly audit of MKCC
Bi-weekly posting of ATK audits
